Return Eligibility

• You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We may require photos of the damage to process your request.
